In order to keep membership pricing at a great rate, we have terms & conditions that must be followed to keep our pricing low
*Based on your membership, you will be auto debited every month directly from your account
*If you choose to terminate your membership early, there is a fee of $25. You must tell us if you choose to cancel your membership, so we can stop your EFT
*If your payment is declined, you will still be responsible for that month's payment and any future membership payments
* You will not be able to tan until account has been paid
*If payment is not received, you will be notified and payment must be made as soon as possible
*If you do not make payment and/or return phone calls/letters we will have to take action and no longer allow you to tan with us until paid in full
*If for some reason you cannot pay your membership that month, please call and speak to Roberta or Siera.
